At BMAS , we offer a comprehensive design, installation and maintenance service. All of our products carry warranty arrangements, with most of these providing cover for one year. Making an appointment with our qualified staff to discuss your bathing concerns gives us the opportunity to advise on the products available that could transform your life and enable you to relax and enjoy your bath or shower again.

Assessment & Installation

Technology moves quickly and at BMAS our training and standard of customer care requires us to be up to date with what is on offer. The technology we introduce you to will always be the best-fit option for your own level of mobility. As recognized providers to many medical and care professionals, you may be assured of our status as an independent retailer. This means that the advice we offer you will be both professional and impartial.

To make sure that we can satisfy your needs and tailor your choice of bathing to you individually, Our flexible approach means that this can take place in the comfort of your own home or in one of our Edinburgh Design Centre, and there is no charge for this service.

Once you have discussed your needs with one of our design staff and come to a decision on your preferred suitable solution, we will work out a total cost, agree this cost with you,  then do all the designing, specifying, and organizing an installation date to suit yourself – we normally take around 3 weeks from confirmation to installation.  On acceptance of our quote and confirmation of order, we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost, with the balance being paid on completion of your installation – we accept payment by cheque and by credit card – ask your designer for details. It is likely that you may have many questions to ask at this stage and so we always set aside plenty of time for these demonstrations– around 45 minutes.

BMAS has its own fully qualified and trained team of installation engineers who will install your bath or shower with minimum fuss and disruption. Our specialist design team will have taken into consideration any particular requirements  prior to the engineers starting on site.

We aim to attend to every detail so that you can be assured that your installation will be carried out smoothly, sympathetically & efficiently.

Most of our products can be fitted in a day with no mess, no fuss and no re-tiling. When installation is complete, our installation team will demonstrate the bath/shower to you – taking time, to ensure that you are familiar and comfortable with your new facility, explaining how to get the best from your shower or bath and look at practical issues like keeping it clean.

Maintenance

Our relationship with you does not end once you have had your bath or shower fitted. BMAS offer comprehensive maintenance and service facilities with all products.

All of our products carry warranty arrangements, with most of these providing cover for one year.

Within this year, you would receive service and advice free of charge, we guarantee to respond to any problems as possible.

We would encourage you to meet with us each year for re-assessment of your maintenance agreement and to have your shower or bath checked, we will be happy to give you a quote for extending your maintenance agreement.
